Fado Global is hiring a Global Community Manager, who will be mainly responsible for managing and growing our Global (English) & Vietnamese communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a global community strategy to increase a strong number of community members for the company
• Plan and manage listing campaigns on decentralized and centralized crypto exchanges
• Create content in Vietnamese and English for Telegram groups;
• Moderate announcement channel, and chat groups on Telegram and Twitter…
• Execute engagement activities to increase brand advocacy;
• Manage and run community co-promotion programs with our ecosystem;
• Plan and implement AMAs, online and offline events;
• Create reports on user support and the performance of the social platforms (weekly, monthly, quarterly).

Requirements

• Proficient in English and Vietnamese;
• Proven community management experience or customer service;
• Have experience working in blockchain & crypto projects
• Deep understanding and empathy for crypto & the blockchain space is a plus;
• Familiarity with online platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Medium;
• Independent attitude - work with low supervision.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience with editorial, content marketing, or

  communications at the same position;

• Proven work experience as a Content Writer;
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English;
• Have knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain.
